Well we are now at the end of Day 16 and the team are doing OK, Sicknote Subway is on the mend too! Its been an interesting one today. My oppo Mark ‘Rammers’ Ormrod and I have an Anti-Dog Runner Protection System … basically there are a lot of dogs going for the runners so we have an airhorn, unfortunately for Jamie Rottweiliers aren’t affected by airhorns …. Lloyd befriended a black Lab who wouldn’t leave him alone, then Damian will tell you a big Alsation chased him, myself and my opp can confirm it was a cat …. a fake cat on a post!

Chunkalicious became Advance Car Commander whilst I took some time out to run with Rammers, it was hot but good at the same time.

People in the USA are so supportive and patriotic its touching to hear the occasional cheer/beep so if you see us give us a beep to say hi and to also wake up Sicknote Subway!

As always I know every member of the team misses loved ones, apart from Damina as he is constantly on the phone! I can assure you that everyone is doing great. So on behalf of all the team, that’s all 11 of us as Caroline is still packing in the UK, hi to all at home.

Mark has been attacked by me and Jamie with clippers …. he now has a mohican and handlebar moustache … I pity the fool!

On a serious note Oliver Scorch Damian’s best handbike buddy has been abducted and is being held randsom so if you have information please 0800 HA HA HA.
