We have had an amazing time in Nashville!
On Wednesday morning Mark ran his mile with his friend Heath Calhoun who is a double above-the-knee amputee, for footage check out: http://www.wsmv.com/video/25217445/index.html
Then in the evening Chunks and Lloyd were joined by over 100 runners from the East Nasty Running Club and Nashville Striders in a run across the Shelby Pedestrain bridge to the Cadillac Ranch where Matt Steel played an amazing concert for us.
